MOQ starts at 1,000 to 2,000 pcs for several families and 5,000 pcs for standard fasteners. Production runs 25 to 45 days with existing tooling and 45 to 60 days with new tooling. Values by product family are on the OEM and ODM page, and the exact figure is confirmed on your quotation.

Sourcing partner, not just a middleman

Fuzhou Hangteng Hardware Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009 as a small trading office supplying fasteners to Southeast Asian importers. Today we coordinate production across six product families and ship to more than 40 markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Our team sits within an hour of the factories we work with, so we can attend a trial run, pull a sample batch or resolve a packing issue in person rather than over email. Every order is assigned a named export coordinator who owns it from quotation through to the bill of lading.

We are deliberately product-focused rather than catalogue-driven: if a specification is not in our range, we engineer it with a partner factory and quote it properly instead of substituting something similar.

Four checkpoints before your container leaves

Every order follows the same documented route. Inspection records are filed against your PO number and available on request.

Incoming material

Steel grade, wire rod and ingot certificates checked against the specification. Chemical composition verified on sampled lots.

In-process controls

Dimensional checks at each operation — heading, threading, forming, casting — plus first-article approval for every production run.

Pre-shipment inspection

AQL sampling per ISO 2859-1, torque and hardness testing, salt-spray verification and a full packing and labelling check.

Documentation & loading

Inspection report, packing list, commercial invoice and CO issued and matched to the container before sailing.

Third-party inspection welcome

If your quality team or a nominated agency such as SGS, BV or TÜV needs to inspect the goods, we arrange access to the factory, the sample store and the loading bay. Inspection cost is charged at the agency's published rate.

Owns your file from the first quotation to the bill of lading. Technical and commercial questions are answered in the same thread by the same person.

Quality inspector

Runs incoming-material checks, in-process dimensional control and pre-shipment AQL sampling, torque, hardness and salt-spray verification.

Documentation desk

Prepares the certificate of origin, invoice, packing list and the CE / RoHS / REACH pack where it applies, and matches them to the container.

Founded in Fuzhou

Trading office established in Cangshan District, supplying standard fasteners to importers in Southeast Asia.

First European programme

DIN-standard fasteners and door hardware shipped to distributors in Germany and the Netherlands with full CE documentation.

In-house QC team

A dedicated three-person inspection team formed, introducing AQL sampling and salt-spray testing on every shipment.

Tooling and die casting capability added, supporting private-label programmes with customer-owned moulds.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are an export trading company. We do not own a single plant; we work with an audited network of fastener, hardware and die casting factories in Fujian and Zhejiang. That is deliberate: you get one contract, one document set and one coordinator, while production stays with the factory best tooled for your part.

Can we visit you or audit the factories?

Yes. We arrange factory visits, live video walkthroughs and third-party audits. Business licence, export licence and the latest certificate pack are available for your vendor-onboarding file, and we sign your NDA before any drawing is shared.

Do you supply samples?

Stock samples are free of charge and you cover the courier cost. Custom samples — including CNC prototypes and tooling samples — are charged and refundable against the first production order.
