When you contact us, request a quotation or use a form on this website, we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone or messaging details, country, product requirements and any other information you choose to provide.

We use the information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, communicate about orders, provide customer support and maintain normal business records. We do not sell personal information.
3. Website hosting and technical data
The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. The hosting provider may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type and request logs for security, reliability and service operation.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared only with service providers or partner factories when necessary to answer an enquiry or fulfil an order. We limit sharing to information reasonably required for that purpose.
5. Retention and security
We retain business communications for as long as needed for commercial, legal and accounting purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
7. TikTok API integration
Hangteng Hardware may use TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API to connect an authorized company-owned TikTok account and upload company-authorized product or factory videos.
- With the account owner's permission, we may receive basic account information such as an open ID and display name to identify the authorized account.
- We use access tokens only to upload or publish videos that Hangteng Hardware has the right to use. Videos may first be placed in the account's TikTok drafts for review.
- We do not sell TikTok account data, use it for advertising profiles, or share access tokens with third parties. Tokens are stored locally in our secured business environment.
- The account owner may revoke access at any time through TikTok settings or by contacting us. We will stop using the authorization and delete locally stored tokens when they are no longer required.
